What personal data do we collect?

When you submit an enquiry to us, we ask you for your full name, your email address and contact phone number.

Why do we collect this information?

We will use your information to respond to your enquiry and provide you with further information about our services. We do this in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract i.e. as part of pre-sales activity.

What do we do with your information?

We will normally respond to you either via telephone or via email. We may ask for your consent to retain your information in our Customer Relationship Management system in order to provide you with the information you request.

We will not use the information to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

How long do we keep your information for?

Your enquiry is keptfor one month unless you give us your consent to send you marketing information on an ongoing basis, in which case we will keep it for as long as you continue to consent.

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, you can see it, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.

In general The PPI Team website does use any intrusive cookies either on your computer or mobile device.

We do use tracking cookies as part of our widely used analytics software. They are used to help us develop the website to make it easier for our customers to use and do not collect any personally identifiable information.
